WHAT IS IT FORMULATED TO DO?

This bar soap is created using our Rad proprietary process and crafted with the finest all-natural ingredients for a moisturizing and smooth-lathering bar of soap for gently cleansing the skin.

HOW TO USE

-Gently massage bar onto moistened skin, washcloth or loofa to create a thick lather.

-Apply lather generously to desired areas.

-Rinse clean with water.

-Recommended to follow with Rad body cream to lock in moisture.

Water, *Sodium Hydroxide, Saponified Oils of (Sustainable Palm, Coconut, Hemp Seed, Olive, Sunflower), **Cedar Wood Fragrance, **Amber Seed Fragrance, Patchouli Oil.

*After the saponification of oils occurs, no Sodium Hydroxide remains.

**Derived from natural aromatics that are extracted from nature, including trees, flowers and plants.

Love the Soap and Detergent, Issues with Very Long Shipping Times

I have ordered from Rad Soap multiple times. I really love the Yellowstone Bar Soap which reminds me of the incense that was burned in the church I attended growing up, so it's a comforting scent and it lathers well. I love the Remix Eco Laundry Detergent- it smells so good and so differently from the usual detergents. But there should either be a scoop included or the instructions need to be clear and state the exact measurement of how much laundry detergent is to be used, instead of referring to "one scoop", which isn't precise at all since scoops can come in many sizes.

Every time I have ordered from Rad Soap there have been serious delays in getting the order shipped and arriving to me. It's only after I have placed the order that I receive an email saying there will be a delay in shipping. It seems to regularly take an extended period of time for items to ship (Rad Soap is in New York; I also live in the same state). It would be much more helpful and transparent if Rad Soap issued a statement under "Shipping Policy" on their website that states that it may take 2-3 weeks from the time of ordering for items to ship from their warehouse. This way customers can plan ahead and know what to expect. It's because of the ongoing issue in terms of placing an order and not being told until after I have ordered that is frustrating and misleading. I am not sure if I will be ordering in the future because of this. I ordered soap and shampoo from a company in Canada a week after ordering from Rad Soap, and the order from Canada arrived much sooner.
