Insect Repellant Bar Soap

I am what my family would call mosquito candy. But I've been using this some and noticed a dramatic decrease in the amount of bites I aquire. Love it

I recently traveled to rural Upstate NY, used your soap and did not have any issues with ticks!

I keep this outside with me when I garden. The leading scent is lemongrass, and is divine. Great stuff, like all of the RAD soaps. Thanks!

Giving it 4 stars because the quality of all the bars of soap from this company is fantastic. Docking 1 star because I smell like citronella and those blasted mosquitos don't seem to care. For keeping bugs at bay, it's not working for me. Based on others' high reviews, it could be that my body's chemistry is too irresistable to the mosquitos. Unfortunately, I have one more bar to go through before I get back to the good scents.

First, I love this company and the soap. I went from only body wash, back to the bar because I fell in love with the soap! I have mosquitos year-round and am hoping this keeps them from biting. They still get very close and swarm to me, and will land on my clothes, so I'm still swatting them away. Time will tell if this soap keeps them from biting. I'm only giving 4 stars because it's not a fragrance I'd ordinarily purchase, but did so only for the bug-biting relief and the verdict isn't in just yet (it's only been a week). The bathroom is filled with its scent, which may be a lot for some who are sensitive to scents.

Works Great! And doesn’t smell like chemicals. It has a soft to no scent. The bugs haven’t bothered me since I started using it.

Insect Repellant Bar Soap

Too soon to tell if it will help repel our tough Adirondack insects, but very nice soap anyway.

I've been bitten by more ticks than anyone could count living in the Hilltowns, and have been treated for both acute and chronic tick-borne diseases including Lyme, anaplasmosis, babesiosis, and bartonella. I've tried all the high-test sprays, natural solutions, tick check regularly, and always shower after being outside. No matter what I did, it seemed like I'd still find crawlers on me. I started using this soap about two months ago on a daily basis, and have been working in the woods all Spring. Since starting to bathe myself in Rad's insect repelling soap, I haven't found a single crawler on me. A dang miracle. Thank you!

This soap smells good, repels bugs, and is gentle on sensitive skin! We love it!!

Skin feels so soft, love that it is chemical free, and bug coverage for 3 hours after showering!

I haven’t spent much time outside since I started using this one but I have to say I absolutely LOVE the smell! It smells nothing like what I associate with insect repellent! It actually smells good! It honestly reminds me of my favorite lotion that I get from a near by spa that’s green tea and lemongrass! So it immediately puts my mind in a relaxed mental status when I shower with this soap!!

Love the spray and the soap! I always get eaten alive by mosquitos but this has helped me through a week of beach vacation. Highly recommended.

I’m so glad I purchased the soap, because I’m so happy with the matching spray! I like the easy lather and knowing it will last for the time I’m outside in the evening, and that I don’t need to apply something I have to wash off before going to bed. I wear long pants outside, but my arms and face like that I don’t have mosquitoes bothering me. Thank you to the Radsoap family!

I don’t know if it keeps insects away because I haven’t been in an environment where there are lots of insects yet, but it really smells good.

This soap smells very nice but I have not gone on my trip yet to see if it really keeps the biting flying insects away. After I return I will let you all know if it works.

The scent is great

I can’t say enough about Rad’s Insect Repellent Soap! Love the smell …love the protection. My husband works out in tick infested areas. We always do the check at the end of the day. When we weren’t able to get the soap he found ticks. Haven’t found them since being able to use it again! Coincidence? Not sure! Gave it away as gifts we were so convinced! Hopefully it will be back in stock soon! There isn’t a comparable one out there… I did look when I couldn’t purchase it. Keep up the good work Rad!

This soap seems to keep the bugs away. When I go to the river I usually get mosquito bit all over without bug spray. Well I decided not to wear any after using this soap and they seemed to leave me alone. Worth taking on your next camping trip for sure!

I loved RAD's Natural Insect Repellant so much I decided to give the Insect Repellant Bar Soap a try. It also smells very good and it lathers very nicely.

We used the insect repellent during one of our recent Adirondack High Peak adventures. Worked great to keep the bugs off of us while traversing some pretty sketchy trails.

This soap is perfect for summer, not only for its repellent properties but also for the crisp citrus/herbal scent. It lathers beautifully and leaves my skin soft and clean without a sticky residue or dryness. The scent appealed to everyone in my family, which is rare and a huge plus!

This soap smells wonderful, keeps me moisturized and most importantly protects me from all of the bugs up at our home in the mountains!
